1. Shipping fee & delivery time

Shipping cost is varied according to product size and recipients’ address. All ETE Saigon - Hair Happiness products are sent from Ho Chi Minh City warehouse. Shipping is applicable for every city and province in Vietnam. 

For the inner city, the transportation fee is only from 15,000 VND. For other provinces, the transportation fee is only from 35,000 VND. Cost will be calculated exactly when you fill in the detailed delivery information at the page "Shipping" during the order process.

Delivery time (from the date of order confirmed)

• Ho Chi Minh City: 2-3 days
• Hanoi city: 3 - 5 days
• Other provinces: 4-6 days

2. Reminders when receiving products

2.1. Please check the product on the spot when receiving the goods, before paying the delivery staff (if you choose the COD shipping method).

2.2. Customers check the goods upon receipt if detecting any damage by the manufacturer or the transport process such as damage to the shell, scratches, broken, squeezed cat or not as on the website, wrong size, wrong color ... Please sign the goods status with the delivery staff and notify the Customer Care Department of ETE Saigon - Hair Happiness.

2.3. Shipping service of ETE Saigon - Hair Happiness will be responsible for goods and risks such as loss of, damage to goods during transportation from our warehouse.

2.4. After the customer signs the receipt of the goods without noticing anything unusual related to the product such as damage, scratches, broken dents, wrong product, wrong size, ... we will not accept liability for any future customer returns.

2.5. ETE Saigon - Hair Happiness commits that all goods sent to customers according to orders are 100% brand new (with full documents and genuine warranty under the company's policy).
