1. Exchange Policy

1.1. Acceptable Exchange Cases

Products purchased at can be exchanged in the following cases:

  • The product is not the same as described on our website
  • The product is defective due to manufacturer’ fault
  • The product is defective due to shipping

Please check the product immediately upon receiving the goods and take pictures to prove product defects.

1.2. Exchange Policy

Customers can change to another product within 15 days from the time of receiving goods. The exchange product needs to meet the following conditions:

  • The product has not been used, the lid is not opened, the guarantee stamp is the same.
  • Customers only can choose the new products at the same or higher price than the product they want to exchange. In case, the selected products are cheaper, the customer will not be refunded. 
  • New products selected for exchange have a value equal to or higher than the exchanged item value. In case the selected product has a lower value than the required product, the customer will not be refunded.

1.3. Product returning method

To return a purchased product on ETE Saigon - Hair Happiness E-Commerce website (, please contact us directly by phone number or email . Our Customer Service Department will verify and give specific instructions on how to return.

1.4. Exchange shipping fee

ETE Saigon - Hair Happiness will pay for exchange shipping fee if there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as the following information:

When sending us a cancellation request email, please use the title as follows: [Order code] CANCELLATION REQUEST. For example: [12345] CANCELLATION REQUEST

Please kindly note that we only accept order cancellation if the order has not been delivered yet and still in our storage. In case, your cancellation is requested when the order is on delivery, we are sorry that we can not approve it.
